This Saturday, April 20th, Rothko Chapel will operate on adjusted hours. The Chapel is open from 11am-12:15pm for our Earth Day program all are welcome. From 12:15pm-1:15pm, the Chapel will close for breakdown of the program. The Chapel will reopen for general visitation from 1:15pm-6pm.

We're happy to participate in Museum Store Sunday! Museums and cultural institutions like the Rothko Chapel foster appreciation and knowledge of art, nature, culture, science, and history. When you purchase a gift from the museum store, you help to sustain the museum’s service to their community and the public. Products found in museum stores are curated just like the works displayed in their respective institutions, with many items often developed exclusively by the museum, resulting in distinctive and unique offerings. On November 29, Chapel visitors can enjoy a 20% shop-wide discount for both in store and online purchases. The Chapel Shop is located within the Suzanne Deal Booth Welcome House at 1410 Sul Ross, right across the street from the Chapel itself. The Welcome House is open 10am-6pm Wednesday through Sunday.
The Chapel Shop is also available online. Online purchases are also eligible for Museum Store Sunday - use coupon code BEAPATRON20 at checkout to apply the 20% discount. Online purchases are available for pickup instore or cubside, Wednesday through Sunday 10am-6pm. Shipping is not currently available.
