International Women's Day: Celebrating Women's Leadership in Labor Organizing Movements
Featuring Dolores Huerta, American labor leader & civil rights activist
Participants heard from iconic women leaders in unions and labor organizing movements who were working toward the ongoing struggle for equal pay, anti-discrimination, and equal protections. They learned how to get involved in and be supportive of organizing efforts both regionally and nationally, and they joined in community building and the renewal of spirit for labor organizers.
