Featured soloists Professor Dr. Cihat Askin, Violin  and Mesut Ozgen, Guitar will join with the Clear Creek Fine Art Orchestra to perform an hour-long concert entitled "When Spring Comes." This classical concert is co-sponsored by the American Turkish Association.
