The inaugural gathering welcomes Founding Luminaries for an elegant evening of conversation and connection, introducing the vision and purpose of this distinguished community. In future years, the annual reception will evolve into an exclusive preview experience, offering members first access to upcoming Chapel initiatives, major public programs, artistic collaborations, and featured speakers through intimate presentations and dialogue.
Private Conservation Walkthrough with Whitten & Proctor
Members are invited into the rarely seen world of art conservation through a private walkthrough led by the renowned conservation team of Whitten & Proctor. This intimate experience offers extraordinary insight into the ongoing preservation of the Chapel’s iconic paintings and the careful stewardship required to sustain one of the world’s most significant spaces for contemplation, art, and human rights.
Sunrise Gathering at the Chapel
Set within the stillness of the early morning, this reflective experience invites members to begin the day in community through guided movement and meditation within the Chapel campus, followed by a thoughtfully hosted breakfast gathering. Rooted in the Chapel’s mission of contemplation and wellbeing, the morning offers space for connection, renewal, and reflection.
VIP Art Fair Experience at Untitled Art Houston
Luminaries receive exclusive access to Untitled Art Houston through a private, director-led tour with Creative Director Michael Slenske. Members gain insider perspective on the fair’s curatorial vision, notable presentations, and emerging artists before concluding the evening with a private Luminaries reception in the VIP lounge.
