What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
By car: Please plan ample time to find parking prior to your arrival. The Menil Collection's main parking lot is located at 1515 West Alabama Street and is free. St. Thomas University's Moran Parking Center is located at 3807 Graustark Street and is $5. Free street parking is available on Sul Ross, Yupon, Branard, and Mulberry streets. Be sure to follow all parking regulations and signs, as street parking is monitored by the City of Houston and the Rothko Chapel is not responsible for parking tickets. 

By bus: The following bus lines have routes that pass near Rothko Chapel 25, 56, 82. Nearby stops include Richmond Ave @ Mt Vernon St; Richmond St @ Yupon St; Richmond Dr @ Yupon St; Richmond Ave @ Loretto Dr; Richmond Ave @ Mandell St.

There are also bike racks available next to the public restrooms at the Rothko Chapel and on campus at the University of St. Thomas. There is a Bcycle dock at West Alabama and Mulberry Streets.

What's the refund policy? Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If your plans change and you are unable to attend the event after registering, we suggest transferring the ticket to a friend. You can update your ticket information by logging into Eventbrite. If you are not able to transfer your ticket, we can provide a full refund (minus transaction fees) up to 2 weeks before the event (before February 14, 2019).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please note seating is first-come, first-served. When you arrive, please check-in at our welcome table labeled "Advance Registration." For quicker check-in, please print out your ticket and enter the line labeled "I printed my ticket." If you cannot print your ticket, please enter the line labeled "I did not print my ticket" and check-in with your name.
