Summer Sounds on the Plaza: Hustlers Brass Band

The Hustlers Brass Band launches the Rothko Chapel's 2015 Summer Sounds on the Plaza series, which commemorates the 10th anniversaries of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita by featuring Louisiana music. The Hustlers Brass Band's energetic performance transports you from the Rothko Chapel plaza to the streets of New Orleans. Formed after Hurricane Katrina, this brass band mixes classic New Orleans second line sound with new influences. Yeti Sunshine is on site selling snowballs, in addition to free beer from Saint Arnolds and snacks. Bring your family, friends, and a blanket, and enjoy a summer night of music!
