Join Michael Perkola for a guided meditation to create unity and presence. Michael has primarily focused on learning from Zen Buddhism and the Gurdjieff Tradition. Since 2005, he has formed and led meditation groups in Houston and Tokyo. He currently teaches a weekly meditation class at YogaOne Studios.
