Four different courses offer an experience for those wanting to cultivate relaxation or deepen their concentration through contemplative exercises. Each week, participants can choose to visit one, some or all of the weekly classes, each designed to enrich awareness and mindfulness through meditation. Led by experienced teachers, these sessions strive to help center and quiet the mind.
