Ann Friedman, Ph.D.
A licensed psychologist who has studied meditation intensely for the last eight years, Ann was certified in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA. She teaches concentration and mindfulness practices throughout Houston, focusing on sitting and walking practices that utilize breath to focus the mind, helping to develop the "muscle" of attention. The intention of this type of mindfulness practice is to equip us to stay with the sensations, thoughts, feeling tones, and mental states that arise no matter how challenging.
