Micki Fine is the founder of Mindful Living and has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 1994.  She is credentialed as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.  Micki teaches mindfulness in her private psychotherapy practice, at Rice University and the Jung Center.  She is also the author of the book, The Need to Please: Mindfulness Skills to Gain Freedom from People Pleasing and Approval Seeking. The series is co-sponsored by Ligmincha Texas Institute, The Jung Center of Houston, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the Rothko Chapel.
